Just to say hello and introduce myself.
Hello to all, I have only just joined the forum so wanted to introduce myself. I live in Lincolnshire UK and have kept goats for over 20 years, I am passionate about them. My husband and I are wanting to move to France and take the goats with us! along with the rare breed chickens and Old English Game birds, that will be fun! I have dairy goats now but used to keep Pygmy goats. Love horses and ride when I can. Not fully self sufficient, try to grow as much fruit and veg as we can too. Look forward to reading all your posts.

Hi Caroline, thanks for the welcome and thanks too for all the other welcomes and smiley faces, really great. We keep going back in our choice to Limousin, mainly because it is so agricultural and not so well known, but I like the Charente and Brittany too, what a dilemma! We have Golden Guernsey goats, Old English game and a mix of chickens that will be moving with us, that will be fun. What animals do you have or are you a grow your own fanatic like me.
