I came across the website while looking for elderflower recipes. Picking elderflowers a few weeks ago was my first ever "foraging experience", and I'm pretty happy with the way my cordial has turned out! I'd like to learn more about foraging but most courses I've found start in the spring, so I seem to have missed them all for this year...
I'm a complete gardening novice, but keen to learn! We only have a small yard but are growing strawberries, lavender, and marigolds in pots. I'm hoping to plant some more veg next year if the strawberries carry on going well.
My next project is going to be attempting to make wine using fruit teabags from the receipe on this website! Any hints and tips wecome
