I'm Jackie and live in South Eastern Spain, in a small village.
My husband and son tend a huerta (Spanish for smallholding) and this is our first year.
We have chickens too.
I found this forum whilst researching recipes for pickled eggs, as our 8 hens lay so many we can't possibly use them all, and despite giving them away we still have loads onhand.
I am looking forward to learning more...................I'm not involved much in the production..............more the usage and storage end.
