Hi, a newbie here from Cyprus. Got lots of animals, but they are all dogs (9) and cats (3) so don't produce anyting useful ! Just got back into gardening after 16 years in the Middle East where everyting I tried to grow died! Also started brewing out here (following on from living in a dry country!) and now plan to start tryiing to make cheese!
So, my first question is - does anyone know where I can buy rennet in Cyprus ?

Your best bet is to ask locals. Over here (in southern Italy) you can buy it from pharmacies or direct from farms.

You should be able to get rennet pretty easily in Cyprus - halloumi is made everywhere!
