On Feb. 17th, we moved our leggy broccoli plants (48) to the garden bed. SS recommended I plant them deeper than normal.
We looked today, and several of the plants are now showing the flower heads. Wow!! The look like real broccoli one might eat, but much smaller.
This is our first time growing them so we are a bit excited. Anyhow, thanks to your recommendations here at SS. I have pics to post but I can't find the right cable. I'll do that soon.
Incidentally, I thought the cauliflower and cabbage wasn't going to make it either...but they also are doing very well.
The celery, on the other hand, isn't doing much of anything.
