HI, JUDE HERE, I'M NEW TO THIS BUT FOUND THE SITE WHILE SEARCHING FOR INFO ON THE REAL GINGER BEER PLANT. I HAVE MILK KEFIR AND WATER KEFIR. JUST STARTED WITH KEFIR ABOUT TWO MONTHS AGO. I THOUGHT WATER KEFIR WAS WHAT YOU USED TO MAKE GINGER BEER BUT SINCE FOUND OUT THIS IS NOT SO. I NOTICED SOMEONE CALLED MARK ON THIS SITE WAS WILLING TO TO GIVE SOME IF THE P&P WAS PAID.
I WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SEND SOME WATER KEFIR AS A SWAP.
ANYWAY WHILE I HAVE BEEN LOOKING AT THE SITE THERE IS A LOT OF PEOPLE WITH SIMILAR INTERESTS AS I HAVE, HOPE WE CAN BE OF HELP TO EACH OTHER. NOT A 100% SURE HOW TO USE THIS SITE AS I'M NEW TO THIS SORT OF THING. NEVER USED FACEBOOK OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT. TAKE CARE AND THANKS FOR READING THIS BYE FOR NOW.

Water kefir and milk kefir is friendly probiotic bacteria, one feeds on sugar and the other feeds on milk, leaves you with very nutrious drink, many health benifits. The internet has a lot of info on the subject. i make fruit smoothies with milk kefir and i add fresh fruit juice to the water kefir. As the kefir feeds it also reproduces more. If you look after it you can keep it forever and pass it on to others when you get too much of it. I'm only new to it my self. When I was handing over my client caseload to my successor, she kept stopping me and telling me I was showing a green aura (always when talking about someone I was particularly fond of!) - sort of freaked me out a bit but then I thought it was a good name for my business - a green aura is supposed to denote healing
