My Recycled Garden
I'm getting to be quite proud of my recycled garden, all the beds and planters are recycled from other items abd so are the greenhouses, of which I am building another one, here are some pics
and just as an extra this is the view from our our back garden
Cheers RichardOur remote ancestors said to their mother Earth, "We are yours."
Modern humanity has said to Nature, "You are mine."
The Green Man has returned as the living face of the whole earth so that through his mouth we may say to the universe, "We are one."

Yeah! Great stuff!I've adopted a similar philosophy of recycling but i've been far less ambitious..got a cold frame made out of old panes of glass but it aint up to your standard. Inspiring stuff

Very impressive indeed. I have a few tires I use mostly to grow potatoes, but you certainly have a very nice collection and many other recycled goodies. Well done indeed

A good allotmenteer throws very little away.
Well done !
Down south, I used to make free cold frames. I used to drive around the neighbourhood to see if anyone was having double glazing fitted and the house-owner and the contractor were usually happy for me to take the old window frames, often double-glazed themselves, away for nothing. When put in the garden, they could be either hinged together or, even simpler, they could just be stood on their sides, "earthed up" and then have a frame over the top of them. They worked for me.
Up here, there are loads of free pallets available so I have been using them to make windbreak fencing and using 2 slightly substandard fenceposts for each.

That's fantastic and gives me an idea!!! I would never have thought about using tyres like that and one of r friends works for a tyre fitting company so old tyres won't be hard to come by!! Thanks for that. Welldone, u r doing a great job. Xxx

Great work. I like to recycle where i can but you are taking it one step further. Your view looks just like the Tamar valley up the river from us- I had to look twice because it is so similar. Lucky you!

I like the idea of your small raised beds, this is something I have been thinking about for my allotment.
