It's on my ever increasing list of things to try. I bought a soldering iron about a year ago but never got round to getting any wood lol.

I love pyrography, saw it in Cornwall years ago when on holiday and bought myself the kit soon after... can be done on leather too... great fun, might grab a photo of my OH's battle box for medieval re-enactment and post it later :)
