If anyone has any recipes I could use for the 10 - 15kgs of green tomatoes I could use then please post, I already have 2 dozen jars of chutney and I can only eat so much of the stuff (as yummy as it is!)

2 Fried Green Tomatoes - I'm sure I've seen a recipe on here somewhere - and you don't even have to have the Whistle Stop Cafe!

I agree...too much chutney can be difficult to use up...I had never thought of adding it to stews like Nigel Slater though! Will try it!
I now have red tomato, allotment, beetroot and apple & green tomato chutney...so alternatives are always welcome!

I did a search and found this site with about 30 recipes including green tomato cake!
