I have found a great supply of horseradish i have also got great recipies for sauce but does anyone know if or how you can freeze the sauce as it only lasts a couple of days in the fridge, thanks

We froze grated horseradish once but it soon lost all flavour/heat and turned into something resembling animal bedding. Most successful storage has been to leave the roots intact under damp compost until needed. They will carry on growing however.
Could consider putting already-made sauce in with sausages and mash or even into potato and smoked bacon soup
