Hi everyone! I'm the new newbie. I'm from Cambridge, currently living in Essex studying Horticulture at Writtle college. I'm fairly new to all this self sufficient business and loving the adventure.
I work as a Gardener here in Chelmsford during time off from Uni, I'll be starting the final year of my degree in september. I have loved being outside since forever, and plants are the love of my life. I have just started growing my own Veg in the garden, in fact you've caught me in the middle of working out how much piping I need to build our netted tunnel for the brocoli (Maths is not my strong point! eeeeek!)
Still, I digress! look forward to many cyber natters

lovely blog sunflowergal! I'm thinking of setting one up myself, as I love taking photos in the garden.
Garlic cloves have gone in today, along with a variety of Herbs for indoors over winter. Although I have left coriander to put in with curry plant? Oooh and I have been cutting all our soda bottles in half to cloche the spinach, our plot looks a bit like blue peter dream. hehehehe
