Need recommendations for accomo in London please!
Ok OH and I are off to London this Thurs/Fri(July 22nd-23rd).Normally we plan things way ahead of time, but have to attend to some business and it can't wait.We are going to the The Strand, which I am guessing is classed as being in the West End of London? We need some accomo for this Thursday night.Have spent ages surfing the net,and just wondered have any of you anything you could recommend?Does'nt matter what type it is,from a hotel to an ashram,we're not fussy!I can see plenty of hotels but without ringing them(I could be on the blower all day!!!)I can't tell how close they are to The Strand.Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thankyou xx PS Not sure whether this is the right section to post this, sorry in advance!)

Sorry I cant reccommend first hand but try this website http://www.hoteldirect.co.uk/london/hot ... strand.htm that lists both price and distance from the strand
