Hands up! I've used one of those extra large spring water bottles as a demijohn, as long as they are food grade I don't see any problems.....I've made several lots using them and we've survived all of them. You can get the extra large bored cork that fits the neck I found some in our local brewshop so we can't be the only ones using them.

Ina.. of course you can.. you can take several away with you.... Jo will take some too... isn't it wonderful... I'm so glad that we didn't just take them for recycling.. I just knew there had to be 101 uses for them.... um... perhaps... another thread in the making?? :mrgreen:
