Hello from sunny Scotland!

Hi everyone!

My partner and I are just starting out trying to be a little bit self sufficient-ish. Just gathered a load of elder flowers to make cordial and "champagne" and have a few things growing in our tiny veggie patch - mostly rocket and other salads, garlic and potatos. I grew tomatos last year but went away for a week and as my friend had forgotten to water them they all died!

Well I just thought I'd say hello, I'm off to read some of the helpful hints and tips on here!
