That's just awful. I'm really sorry to hear that you've had to put up with this. Here's a big :grouphug: from me too.

I'm a member of another forum and we had this woman join. For some reason she took a dislike to me (having never met me) and posted up a whole lot of vile comments. She was banned but kept on e-mailing a friend of mine, saying things like she wouldn't trust me (she's never met me so, to be honest, I wouldn't expect her to) and that I'm really a man :dontknow:

I used to be angry about it but now I feel really sad for her. She's kept this up for over 3 years now. That's an awfully long time to hold a grudge against someone you've never even met.

So, let's stick together and keep these idiots at bay.

Zoe

Hugs from me Crowsashes, I always think it's such a shame when familys are horrible to each other, there are enough horrid people in the world, it would be nice if you could rely on your own family to support you.

it seems that im going to have to cut that paticular group of people out of my life.

my aunt has been lying about all kinds of issues (like her son no longer wanting contact) pretty much twisting everything, i know whats the truth ( he told me and his wife did).

seems my grandparents are shunning me because i stood my ground, seems my aunts word is the truth and every one else is a liar...

oh well all i can say is if they want to act like that ( my grandparents ) then them being miserable with my aunt is there own doing ... :(

I agree with Susie - sometimes you just have to cut your losses and look after you and yours. I'm sure you have good friends and other family members who will be true to you and let the others go, at least for a while.

As a side note - if your grandparents can be construed in anyway as vulnerable then what your Aunt has done is probably illegal! Just a thought
