Carrot Chutney please

Hubby and I eat loads of carrots and would like to make some chutney with them?
Can anyone reccomend a good recipe that would be suitable for a 2 yr old as well (not too spicy)..

Mmm hubby and I like the look of that.Ginger and so on.
We had some with crumbly local cheese so now we shall make some and see how it goes.

I remember seeing Sophie Grigson doing an amazing carrot and garlic chutney.
5lbs carrots, grated
5lbs sugar
7 whole heads of garlic, separated into cloves, and peeled but not crushed. (trust me)
Enough water to dissolve the sugar and just barely cover the grated carrot.
Leave overnight.
Then boil until it reduces to a sort of marmalade consistency.
Stick it in jars.

Utterly fabulous, and the garlic cloves are the best bits.
