Oh dear, I'm so glad I had my holiday when I did and came back on Saturday as we had 5 days of summer and the rest was pleasant spring weather. Now it's back to March type temps and a freezing cold north wind again. But at least it's not snowing!

Just looking at the weather forecast, are you in the same dept as Clermont Ferrand as it is showing snow for some of that dept.

So depressed - still snowing, about 2 inches on the ground now and no sign of it easing.

thanks guys for your kind comments - snow has melted and we even saw a bit of sun this evening - which just made me stress over freezing temperatures overnight

Forecast is brighter now for the weekend so looking forward to everything drying up and being able to get back outside.

Worst victim was a planter with new salad leaves in which the dog managed to knock over in his excitement running around chasing snow flakes.

Have not examined my coriander and dill too closely, hoping that the bit of sun to come will help it perk up as at the moment it looks a little horizontal.

Glad your snow has gone! I can see there's a frost outside and I just put my oleanders out yesterday . I don't remember ever having a frost in May in France.
