Just wanted to introduce myself :)

We love hearing from you, so here is your chance. Introduce yourself and tell us what makes you selfsufficient 'ish'. Go on don't be shy, we welcome one and all. You can also tell us how you heard about us if you like.

Just wanted to introduce myself :)

Post: # 195428Post Taraven »

Hello everyone!
Thank you for allowing me to join you at your excellent site.
I am a 61 year old lady who has spent her entire life growing things
It's just hubby and I at home now but when our two (grown up) kids were small we had a rather large veggie garden.
Then I started to grow flowers and the veg growing became history.

However, I've recently gone back to growing a few 'edibles' here and there and currently have quite a little collection of veg seeds germinating (far too many for hubby and I really).

I love to share surplus of what I grow and hope to be able to do a bit of sharing as well as giving out and receiving advice on 'growing stuff'.

Thanks for having me!!

Taraven

HI there and welcome
Let us be lovely
And let us be kind
Let us be silly and free
It won't make us famous
It won't make us rich
But damn it how happy we'll be!
