Just found this site when reading an article by MKG on the no-nonsense approach to making your own wine, ( http://www.selfsufficientish.com/main/b ... ne-by-mkg/). So will have a go at that and other self-seffcient stuff!
Btw, I'm located at Thetford in Norfolk. We're surrounded by mostly pine forests and plenty of wildlife, so can't wait to take a look in nature's larder
