Hi all,

Does anyone know what age Italian and Japanese quail start laying?
We were told at 6 weeks they start to lay. Is this true?

Ours are all 8 weeks and growing well and becoming really lovely happy friendly birds. They dont seem mature yet so wouldnt expect them to lay or does it not matter?
