I can't help with the cream but I do know that zinc citrate is good for acne ...

I googled this and its a natural mineral... so thanks for the suggestion Im gonna look for products that have this!

I just use salt water on spots, I find cream seems to make them worse while salt water dries them out quicker.

witch hazel is good for them too ( you can pick it up at 8oots quite cheap)

Hello, here is a recipe from one of my books but I haven't made it so don't know if it works

10 rose geranium flowers with leaves & stems
8 marigold flowers
20 lavender flowerheads
200ml water
1 sachet vegetable gelatine
5 tsp vodka
20 drops tea tree oil

Roughly chop rose geranium and place in glass bowl with marigold & lavender.
Boil the water and pour over flowers. Infuse for 10 mins hten whizz in blender.
Strain through muslin. Dissolve gelatine in 2 tblspn cold water and gradually add the flower infusion, stirring. Add vodka & tea tree oil, stirring til a gel is formed.

Keeps for up to 6 weeks in fridge.

I have the last few drops of H0ll@nd and B@rrett's tea tree oil cream which is fantastic for acne. Sadly they've discontinued it but I'd definitely recommend something with tea tree oil in it.
