Make my teeth white again?

Ive got a gum infection, probably the cause. Gotta have course of anti-biotics.

Ive tried to explain to the dentist that I have colitis - I really think this affects my gums too but he didnt understand me (I dont know the name in French and tried every possible way of explaining it!). I have to have tablets for that when it flares up and I tried to tell him Im having to take those at the moment but he wants me to have these on top. Oh well, hopefully cure me of everything with a double dose of tablets lol.

I hear stawberries are great for whitening. Simply rub the skin directly to your teeth. Make sure to brush afterwards as the sugar in the fruit is bad for your teeth!
