Hello from northern Poland

I'm a first-year gardener with a little urban plot under my windows. I don't expect it to ever make us even close to selfsufficient, and I expect that whatever we do manage to grow will be nicked, but it's good fun so far.

Sounds like you might need Stoney's billiard balls. You could keep them by your windows and bonk theives on the head with them!

Well, we'll start with thorn bushes round the back fence, but I'll keep billiard balls in mind. Thanks for the tip and the welcome.

Hi there eeksypeeksy,

I've just discovered a supermarket in the city centre is advertising 'Polish Products'. I haven't been in to have a look what these might be though...

Anyways, I'm sure you'll get a lot of help here, I sure do.
