Hi,
I'm Stan and I live in Denmark. I stumbled upon this site in my search for the long lost Ginger Beer Plant.
I live in a city flat, so the only thing I've been able to grow is chilli. Soon, though, I'll be getting a balcony, which I hope to use for the growing of some edible plants.
I also have a little experience with brewing beer, but it's still an ongoing project with some friends.
Hope to learn a lot from this site.
