Anyone have a good recipe for this? Tried one I found through google but couldn't master mixing in the flour without ruining it.
Thanks

Re: Chinese Curry Sauce
They showed how to mix flour into a chinese sauce on a tv programme at tea time ? the other night (I was doing something else at the time so not sure what they did). It was called something like chinese food in 5 minutes? and was on channel 5 I think. Maybe good if you have a tv/ watch again or maybe it is reapeated?
When I used to do it I'd just spoon out a couple of tablespoons of the liquid into a small bowl and whisk some cornflour in til smooth, then keep adding liquid from the sauce a spoon at a time before returning it all to the pan. This always worked ok but was based on guess work rather than any technique!
Good luck

Sorry for the delay, backs been buggering about again. It looks the same one albeint on a different website but I mixed the flour with a few tablespoons of the water the same as you do with corn flour then added that to the pan. The idea of the flour to my ind is to thicken the sauce up hence the same idea as the cornflour. It worked ok for me...

I didn't mix with water because the recipe said to keep it dry and then add to pan. Thought that was a bit strange – will give it another bash.
