got home this morning
Thanks every one for the well wishes it was most appreciated, all went well they had to re-attach the bisep back on and three other muscles on the shoulder but all went well, i got one hell of a scar but the prognosis is excellent, wierdly enough i'm not in much pain but sore. iv'e got to keep it in a sling for three weeks then they will start physio
, jane has been great a real mother hen
came home to a lovely roast dinner
, the arm is starting to ache now so i'll catch up later, thanks again and all the best

Hey Russ. Great to hear you're home and all's well.
No typing with it though, sliding the sling up to your elbow doesn't count
You get some rest and recuperate properly - you'll need all your resources when those physios get hold of you
