If they've still got spots in their 30s, they're obviously eating too much t£sco quiche

It was full moon a few days ago - must be contributing to all this madness!

That's hilarious, I frequently have to ask for ID where I work and the abuse I get sometimes is unreal. I can't imagine having the balls to ask for ID for a peice of quiche.

Who on earth goes to the news when they're carded for quiche by some teenager?

Methinks it's just some thirty year old lady's chance to brag. Look, I look 21!

I WISH I was carded. Honestly it says you'll be carded if you look under 25. I'm NEVER carded. I'm 23. :( I look older? Waaaah.

I was terribly sad when they stopped asking me for ID when I bought a bottle of plonk - I guess I don't look 21 any more! :(

the ladies at my supermarket are always asking me if i am old enough to have dangerous things like sharp implements ( new kitchen knife or pair of scissors ) or lighter fluid - they do so in jest of course - but i will have to watch the wags at the deli counter from now on - as i happen to like their quiche

like i said to one the other day - 21 ???- hummm i remember that - long time ago mind ( still proves i ain;t got dementia ) lol ( for those not watching the news - the latest scare story is 1 in 3 of us will get dementia apparently - but its a horrible thing to get so i don't jest about it lightly )

is it me - or IS the world getting crazier each day ????

I just don't know what the world is coming too  however, as a funny aside much against my better judgement I was persuaded to go to a nightclub in Bournemouth for a friends birthday a couple of years ago (it was as bad as I remembered) :shaking:  however, I was over the moon to be asked for ID to buy an orange juice no less at the bar.....I was 27 :king:

Never mind Elizabeth :hugish: , I was asked to prove my age when I was 12!!!!!!!!! just to prove I was young enough to get on the bus and pay child fare. I clearly looked over 18 at the age of 12 so God only knows how old I look now!!!!!!

I'm going to embarass my man for a bit. Because, to be fair, men can look WAY older than they are.

This is my husband to be:

xxxx

He's 22 in this photo.

And in this photo, he's 23:

... when he was 14 he was going to pubs getting liquor without being carded.

(ish didn't let me post photos from my facebook so I had to attach them)

I got id'd to buy cigarettes in a supermarket during the Ish Fest. The funny thing was that i was with my sister, and we'd just bought a bottle of amaretto and a bottle of whisky.

Nik offered to buy them for me, as she had her student ID with her, but the bloke behind the counter said that if she did that, he's report her for buying cigarettes to a 'previously refused person'. I was 27 at the time...
