So officially this is the wettest on record.................no kidding so i have decided as i cant work on the allotment i am going to make a trailer for my pushbike, i had a rummage around the plot and my mates yard and found some old angle iron and round bar , i aready had two bike wheels so i've made a start, i will see how far i can go without spending any money, i have welded the main frame so tomorrow i will put the uprights on ,another friend has given me some timber so i'm well on the way, hows that for recycling, when i'm finished i'll take a picture.

i have the same problem i live just off the cleveland escarpment, not as high as yours though going downhill is fun though weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Not just rain here but howling gales. Then suddenly it'll all stop and the sun will come out, but it's too soggy to do anything. And as it is so mild still the weeds are taking over!

I have a swimming pool where the patio used to be - the weeds that are growing between the paving slabs are pond weed!

Our garden is just a quagmire - I think our chickens may need wellies at this rate! OTM - please may I borrow your trailer when you finish it - I need to take my bike for an MOT!

our hen run is under water.. its a quagmire..dreadful - and it will take ages to recover...

and we want to put a fence in to plant some trees at the bottom of our field, but its water logged, digging a hole will mean making a poind.. so we shall just have to whump the posts in and hope the sheep dont push the fence over...
the sheep are pretty annoyed by all the rain too...

Hello there ,

yeah it was a wet month ,outside , the pond in the forest filled up really fast, the last 4 weeks .
Usally it fill's fairly slow as the month progresses but the last 2 weeks went like a rocket .

And also it seems to have been the warmest decade , but no fear .There's a bunch of pric(&Y#$
in Kopenhagen , and they are going to save the world by regulating your's and mine c02 output.
So no worry's it all going to be all right .We'll be heavily taxed for something and the polar caps will
not melt .
