Hi - I joined the forum because I'd been reading your thread on real ginger beer plant and to post a video of my ginger beer plant. I've been having a great time with GBP, kefir and kombucha and will enjoy reading the forums here. I live in London, so sadly no room for chickens, but one day soon I hope.... :mrgreen: We make jams, chutneys, sloe gin and rosehip syrup (Hampstead Heath was a great source of rosehips this year) and so will definitely be reading the tips here avidly!

Hi rc, good you decided to join us. Great pics by the way. My ginger beer plant doesn't look like that. Is yours made with yeast or keffir?
