Re: rabbits and dogs {CAUTION - PHOTOS}
I have never hunted with dogs before but after reading the dog/rabbit threads I may well give it a go. I know a guy locally that breeds lurchers and ferrets who would help me as these two wouldn't be much use......
Spike, the fierce and savage Jack Russell lol

.......and Zoe, the blind Westie

Just a thought, about the hunting pics, I can understand why they would be resentful to someone stumbling accross them while browsing the forums so maybe a seperate hunting and fishing forum would work

seriousl.. this thread is in the section titled wild foods and foraging, which includes hunting and there is a note on the section title warning that there might be pictures, and this thread has a caution.. so.. we think that's covered.
mind you .. are people prepared to see your scary pictures...

I'm surprised you're allowed to keep such an obvious killer as Spike.

interesting thread though i find it hard to believe that nowdays a whippet knocking over a rabbit or killing a couple of rats be considered to be close to baiting and cockfighting under the banner of "blood sports".
