Is Verm-X enough for worming?

Post: # 173846Post JoseyJo »

I don't have any reason to think my hens have a problem, so will Verm-X herbal worming stuff be enough to prevent worms or kill anything that could be lingering there? I've heard of Flubenvet too, but wasn't sure if they ought to have that too? Verm-X was the only thing my local poultry shop had so I've bought that.

It's what I use and I've never seen any signs of worms. It's easy to apply and you can carry on eating the eggs. With some brands you have to discard the eggs for up to a week.
