Hello from Cornwall UK

Post: # 172974Post Grandmaibb »

Hi I'm Pippa and I have been directed to your site from the 'down-to-earth' forum. I've been having a little nosey around and I'd like to stay.
My names Pippa and I live in Cornwall UK with Pampa and my two younger sons both grown up. I put UK now as all forum seem so international now a days. Which is just so cool, I talk to peeps all over the world and learn such alot.
We are aiming towards living a simple life and have travelled a little way done the path. We grown some of our own produce on our allotment. I knit, sew, stitch and do other various hand crafts. Try to cook most things from scratch including our bread. We are eliminating chemical cleaners and have learnt to make washing powder and use natural products to clean with.
DH is a dab hand at fixing things which is just as well as we have given up buying 'new stuff', well for as long as possible, I won't say never.

Pippa

Welcome to ISH :flower:

Sounds like you're very ISH to me! As for asking to stay, we'd be sad if you didn't.

Hi there and welcome
Let us be lovely
And let us be kind
Let us be silly and free
It won't make us famous
It won't make us rich
But damn it how happy we'll be!
