got our pigs back from the abbatoir yesterday, and butchered it ourselves. Easier than we thought!

and pleased cos the meat actually looks like real pork and everything!

well i would send you a couple of ears.. but we eat them ourselves. boiled for ages, then cut into strips, floured and fried. lovely!

not made any bacon yet - the bellies lie in teh freezer waiting our next move :icon_smile:
