Any ideas for preserves please? Especially tomatoes

Shelves- now thats something the OH has been promising to put up for some time...... I'll postpone the bottling for now I think :lol:

I have a good recipe for tomato ketchup if the kids like it and you are able to get hold of some red wine vinegar. I think that you have the rest of the stuff needed in your store cupboard. :flower:
