Come Off It!!

If you know of a way to help save our planet, even just a small part of it put it here. Also if you want to ask how to help, or even if you want to promote your environmental organisation. All goes here.

Come Off It!!

Post: # 16382Post Shirley »

This was posted on my ivillage green board...
I thought it was a good idea and that some of you might want to pass the info on...

After all... when you can buy energy saving lightbulbs for a quid at Morrison's, and I believe they often have a buy one, get one free offer on this... it makes absolute sense and saves MONEY, Electricity, and the planet all at the same time.

Come off it day ~ 4th April

The aim being to get as many people as possible to really pay attention to energy efficiency on 4th April in their homes.

If successful, the generators should see a demand reduction, but it will only happen if lots of people come off it!

Probably preaching to the converted here but hey...

And preaching to the converted prevents the converted from backsliding
