Hello from Barnsley, South Yorkshire

Post: # 16297Post henut »

Hello everyone, I just done my first post to a quesion about hens so I thought I better pop in here and introduce myself.

I'm Andrew, 33, 1 child, wife, cat, mortgage and 12 Hens!

I work for myself so I get plently of time to go down to my allotment which I've now had for 2 years. Love growing and eating fresh veg (7 lots of pots planted today  ) and eating the eggs from my chucks.

Trying to live to goodlife - hope you are doing your bit too!

Cheers

Hi Andrew, and welcome!

I noticed the name on your website is different - is that a Freudian mis-spelling? And if not, is your wife's name shenut?

Like your pictures, by the way...

Hey up mucker!

Ina, yes a Freudian mis-spelling - I am a little nuts and I've a black keyboard and was typing in the dark...

Thank you all for welcoming me to the web site. Lots more to read.. some great articles in here.

Was going to plant out my onion sets today but it's raining like mad here in Barnsley.
