Hello there, i am wanting to make some jelly for my Dad And Step Dad who are both diabetics. i want to use splender (artificial sweetner) instead of sugar but don't know how much to use? i am using unripe windfall apples for the pectin to make it set so just need info about the sweetner.Advice on other sweetners would be welcome too :scratch: :salute:
