Recommend any organic plant foods/fertilizers for raised beds with vegetables in them?

And anything good for wiping out cabbage white caterpillars?

Fingers :lol:
The only organic and certainly the most efficient way is to pick them off the leaves and dispose of them in a way that suits yourself.

I was going to say Fingers too!!

I used this method on one of my gooseberry bushes yesterday.
Stay at home Mummy to Orin 8, Trixie 6 and Temogen 4 . Also three Chickens Dottie, Poppy and Dr Mumbo. Three cats called Flossie and Pickle and Lexi.
