Ideas on how to create a wormery please

having seen various contraptions on tv, about having a wormery, i wanted to have a go, as it produces compost quickly, and also gives you a watery substance via a tap to feed your plants with, so please can someone give me some ideas on how i can create one of these in my own garden, and where i can get worms in abundance from
