I've just made yoghurt cheese (yum!) and now have a small quantity of whey. What can I do with it? I've read that I can use it in baking but how?
Any ideas gratefully received!

I use it to replace water in bread recipes. Just substitute it for half of the water.
I also feed it to the cat.

Put it in casseroles and gravies as some of the water, boil it to make ricotta... or do what we do, freeze it intending to use it at a later date and completely forget about it

Perfect instead of milk for pancakes and scones; or, in fact, any kind of cake.
