Suggestions for alternative of using a Mortar & Pestle

Hi
Can someone suggest another way to mash comfrey leaves if i dont have a mortar and pestle and also i cant use one of them anyways as i have joint pain and I am not very strong in the hands and wrist anymore.

Depends on what you're using the comfrey for ,a food processor ought to do it if you need it really finely chopped otherwise you could just rip it or cut it with scissors
