Butternut squash and sweet potato soup recipes ??
I'm looking for a butternut squash and sweet potato soup recipe if anyone has one - tried some the other day and it was lovely and now want to make some !!

think i would just boil them for a bit with some vegetable stock and maybe a bit of nutmeg, then blend it and add a bit of cream. Or you could roast them with some red onions and tomatoes and liquidise so you would have roasted vegetable soup yum yum!
I liquidise anything and turn it into soup, can always add some stock or cream if its too thick, I even liquidised roast beef dinner leftovers once as an experiment, bit of horseradish, delicious
