My home made blackberry jelly yogurt

Post: # 152933Post craig.r »

I have been making my own yogurt for a while now and just thought i would add some of my home made Blackberry Jelly. wow what a treat. I took some to work and let a couple of friends taste it. they said its like a mixture of icecream and mousse. Anyway they said it was so nice that i should sell it. Thats not going to happen but they gave me an idea. Freeze it, so thats what i am doing now. i have just put some in the freezer ready to taste tomorrow. Can't wait :thumbright:

It tastes ok but i need an icecream maker i think to stop the ice crystals forming. It could do with being a bit smoother just to make it look and taste like the real stuff.

Ask on freecycle for one, that's where I got mine, one of the catches on it is broken but still works

It sounds delicious. :flower:
