New sister site launch very soon.....

Post: # 14615Post Andy Hamilton »

We will be launching a new sister site very soon, perhaps in about two-three weeks if everything goes according to plan.....

I won't reveal what it is untill then to create some mystery, expectation and interest. Can you guess what it is? Oh and I won't post on this topic again until it is up and running. So go on have a guess, lets see if anyone is right.

well I might as well come clean now, I stuck it up early as I was getting pretty excited - http://www.selfsufficientish.tv - not much there yet but we have been filming for the last few months, had camera issues at first (ie we don't own one) - but we have one on loan at the moment so we have filmed a selection of stuff ready to put up as soon as it is ready.

Wow!!! You'll be film stars yet! Why only celebrity chefs, now is the time for celebrity SSishers!

I suppose it wasn't you filming down our glen last Saturday? Actually, I've been told it was for a film where they needed "pristine snow to shoot some Russian soldiers on"...

Drumtochty Glen, now in Russia.

No what we have filmed has all been in Bristol, I don't even speak russian

Aparetnly many of the film that are suposed to be in Britain are now filmed in latvia as parts do look typically British and it is much cheaper for extras and staff.

We were going to do some more fiming this afternoon but Dave is fast asleep. Bless.

Well, you could film him sleeping - that's sometimes quite funny! For a bit of light relief in amongst all that serious SSish stuff.

don't edit anything out - just use the warning as described. It's supposed to be real life and I truly don't know many people that don't use the occasional, or even the not so occasional expletive!!

This is really exciting.... Oooh I already have Andy's autograph... can I get Dave's too please
