hi again , photos are in the camera , as soon as hubby returns home this weekend ( as he does all my uploads) they will be here for all to see , to wonder at , to gasp at , to laugh at and to yell lunatic at the computer.


hit an interesting problem.............. as the half acre is on a slope , hey it is wales, everythings on a slope, hills hills and more hills. anyway back to the slope, the soil is drying out really really quickly as the wind is having a huge effect on it. my recycled water irrigation system is not making a dent on how dry it is. and the stream which is my secondary water source has nearly dried up. unheard of in wales! i am thinking of putting up a fleece barrier at the bottom of the slope to try and deflect the worst effects of the wind , anyone got any better ideas ......... concrete over it is not a suitable response :lol:
