Hi from Lancashire

Post: # 151603Post chrissie »

Hi from sunny Lancashire.

What a wonderful site - I can`t stop reading.

I am recently retired, love gardening and have recently become a convert to eco friendly living.

I`m gradually replacing all my household cleaning chemical laden products with eco friendly stuff and am about to try soap nuts for my washing and hope they`ll be good.

Looking forward to picking up lots of tips from other green people

Hi,

I've just discovered this site and am learning so much.

I'm from West Lancashire near the sea. I'm work but I wish I could give it up to do all the eco projects I want to and tend my veggies all day long.

Hi stretchi

Keep seeing yourself giving up work and having enough money to tend to your veggies and the law of attraction will bring it to you!!

Whereabouts in West Lancs are you?
Southport way?

Its wonderful soil on the fylde coast and inland - a great growing area for all types of fruit and veg - including pick your own, but I worry about what pesticides they use.

Thanks rob

Although cannot claim personal credit for that site - everyone gets a website like mine when they become a distributor for wikaniko products.

You amaze me that you can do those games - I must not be quick enough now I`m getting old as I`m absolutely hopeless at them.

Things going well otherwise though and hope the same for you.

Beautiful day here - we seem to have escaped all the recent rains here in the north-west - 10 mins yesterday thats all.

Enough to save me having to water the garden plants etc.

What a friendly bunch you all are, thanks for all the welcome messages.

Chrissi - I live near Lytham. Moved here 2 years ago from Burnham on Sea, Somerset, I thought it was time to come home for a bit.
Everyone deserves to be happy :hugish:

Hi stretchi

Lytham is nice - much more sophisticated than Blackpool!!

I have a couple of customers there.

There are also some nice shops - I would love to live by the sea.
