Quick - Nigella biscuit recipe needed!

Post: # 151087Post Clara »

I've left my copy of the domestic goddess book in the car :( ....can someone quickly given me the ingredients/quantities for the plain biscuits in the children's section, the one illustrated with iced number-shaped biscuits.

Cheers Cx

Don't know if I'm too late for you...but quantities for the cut out biscuits (shaped like numbers in the book)

175g unsalted butter
200g caster sugar
2 large eggs
400g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

Happy cooking! :flower:
