tundra cabbage advice needed

i have some tundra cabbage ready to go in there about 6 ins high it says its winter hardy how long will they sit in the ground for without going off to seed etc going to sow some more in june can you give me some advice please

Just looked them up in the T&M catalogue and they are winter cabbages, so they will stand until this time next year.
Never grown them though as I much prefer the savoy cabbages in winter or January King.
