help i need a recipe for onion relish/pickle/chutney
have been looking every where for a nice onion chutney we will have loads of onions this year so would like to make some into chutney with sutunas curry powder that sort of thing can you tell me an easy one not poshyfied ta

My Hubby makes fab red onion marmalade. if you would like the recipe, please shout and I will ask him to jog my memory.

I make alot of pickles and chutneys.
The fav with most people is the caramilsed onion marmalade, but in the summer the onion burger relish goes down well too. Most of the chutneys I make use a fair amount of onions. If you fancy one with a curry twist I have a recipe for indian apple chutney.
