LOL... no, I met John a few weeks ago, so not really nervous of meeting him...


They are here now :cheers: lovely happy girls they are too. They did get freaked out when the huskies 2 doors along started howling for their lunch (the huskies are well caged up, but pretty noisy a few times a day)

And E loves them, though I did have to explain that although yes, the chickens will lay eggs, and Mummy and Daddy and E will eat them, the chickens will not lay sausages... so sadly we'll still need to buy them from the shop. But hey, she's only 2.5 these things need to be learned.

I'll go and take photos of my new girls now :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

when I fisrt saw the title I thought you were getting married and were not having a hen night but making the most of it and having a hen day.........(blonde moment) :flower:
